Job Context

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Acquisition Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with international prospects, qualifying leads, setting appointments, handling objections, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects and communicate professionally in English.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Present products/services and communicate their value effectively.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead information, notes, activities, and follow-up status in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
• Take ownership of assigned leads and opportunities.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC. Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or client acquisition will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers and understanding different accents.
• Strong sales, communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
• Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL), or similar CRM.
• Experience with RingCentral or other call-center/sales dialers.
• Target-oriented, confident, disciplined, and able to handle rejection professionally.

Salary

Up to BDT 30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
